Community Meeting (Oct. 7-8th)
Taggathon (Oct. 9-11th) and EuBIAS 2 course for analysts (Oct. 9-12th):
Venue: IRB Barcelona, at the Barcelona Science Park (PCB), Auditorium.
15-20 minutes in taxi from the main airport of Barcelona,
10 minutes in metro from the main train station 'Sants Estacio'.
- Taxi from the Airport costs about 25-30 euros.
- Train from the Airport: Take the train in Terminal 2 (free shuttle every 10 minutes from the Terminal 1)
for about 3 euros, it brings you to Sants Estació in 20-25 minutes,
then take the metro: green Line L3 until 'Palau Reial' (10 minutes), walk down 2 minutes.

- There is a public car park (with fee) underneath the building of the Park,

- Hotels: There are several Hotels in the are of IRB Barcelona, most of them located around the metro stops 'Collblanc' and 'Badal'. Please contact us to get a list.
In October, there are several large conferences in the same area, please book your hotel as soon as possible to avoid issue. Additionally, any hotel in the city center located near the green (L3) or blue (L5) metro lines
would allow you to get to IRB Barcelona in less than 30 minutes.
